The terms below will apply between you and Art Of Giving Scandinavia AB (559060-4772) when you shop at LesGifts.com on internet. At LesGifts we aim to offer a safe, easy and fun way to shop online. For example, we have a 14-day return policy on all purchases. We ship within EU to consumers from €9, to companies from €19 and free shipping over €210 and we can offer both economy and express deliveries. You also surf and shop safe with us due to that we use a SSL-encryption on all pages of our website (Secure Sockets Layer), and not only in the checkout process. Your security is important to us. Out of stock
We do our best to hold all items in stock but sometimes we run out. If we sell out of a particular item then this should be noted on the website. Please read the product pages as we will add stock alerts the moment we are made aware of any problems.
A few of our products are only “available for backorder”. This means that the item is not currently available for instant delivery. These products are marked with an “AVAILABLE FOR BACKORDER” icon. If you order a product with this stock status, you will be notified by e-mail about the specific delivery times as soon as we have the information from our supplier, which normally takes up to 48 hours (weekdays). If by some reason the product is not available or you do not wish to purchase the item anymore after we have informed you about the delivery time, you will be fully refunded for your purchase.
If you wish to return your order you can return it to us within 14 days from delivery. Contact our customer support via firstname.lastname@example.org if you wish to return your order. Mark the subject of your e-mail with “Return” and add your customer details.
Returns are normally processed within 14 days. When we have processed the return, you will be refunded using the same payment method as you chose when ordering. You have also the possibility to receive a store credit in exchange of a refund.
It is allowed to return most products if the outer packaging has been opened. But please note that certain products cannot be returned if they have been opened. Products that belong to this category are as follows: cosmetics, hygiene products, fragrances, linen water. If you want to return a giftset/box you are not allowed to return parts of it. Please note that products that has been used or damaged by you cannot be returned. LesGifts does not offer free returns or compensate for any costs incurred in returning items. If you ordered products over €200 and received a free shipping you do not automatically have the right for a free return.
You are guilty to keep the product in the same condition as when you received it. You are therefore not allowed to use it, but you can carefully look at it. If the product is damaged or lost because you are careless you loose your right of return.
If you are returning an item because of damaged products on arrival or faulty, we are more than happy to supply you with a free return. If we cannot replace the defective item we will offer an alternative, as store credit, or refund you in full. Please email us for details. Photographic evidence and descriptions of the fault or damage will be required for verification. In all other circumstances, you will be solely responsible for these charges and any other service charges involved in your original order.

Freight & Delivery
At LesGifts we do everything we can to get your package to you as fast as possible. Everything we sell, is stocked directly at LesGifts, if nothing else is mentioned in the description of the product profile. We ship all orders in the same day if ordered before 12 pm. We only despatch and process orders Monday to Friday. We do not despatch at weekends or bank holidays. If you order on a weekend your order will not be processed until the next working day.
If an item is shipped by courier and has not arrived on the specified date, please email us immediately or contact the courier directly. They should send you an email with all of the details on. Problems can be resolved very easily.
Please note that we do not deliver goods outside EU yet. We work on finding the best solution for that as soon as possible.
You can pay your purchase with either via Stripe or PayPal outside Sweden. Through these option you can pay with cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We take security very seriously and all orders are encrypted with SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). If you live in Sweden you can also pay with Klarna invoice or part payment by choosing that option in the checkout page or access the Swedish version of the site which will redirect you automatically to the Klarna Checkout page.
Please note that we do not receive payments from EU non-residents yet. We work hard to be able to do that soon.
Warranty & Faulty Items
If you receive a faulty item, please do not hesitate to contact our customer support via email@example.com before returning the product. Often we can find a solution directly. This also applies if you have any questions in regards to the warranty of the product you have purchased. No extra shipping charges will be applied if we replace a faulty item.
